I had tried to purchase boots on someone else's online store and had a bad experience. I then ordered different boots on the Wolverine website and had a great experience, and the price was right. While the boots that I received rubbed a part of my foot wrong, I needed to return them. Wolverine had no problem, provided a free return, and refunded my money promptly. I couldn't be happier with the online experience with Wolverine. Highly recommended.

The soles on my Merrell's dry rotted. I had them longer than a year so no warranty. Mind you, I paid around $250 for these boots. Never again.
