The white leather tops were scuffed a little and needed a little tlc in addition to the heel repair. When I got them back, they were pristine and looked almost as good as new! While the boots that I received rubbed a part of my foot wrong, I needed to return them. Wolverine had no problem, provided a free return, and refunded my money promptly.
