This is my new barber shop for sure I was a little skeptical at first bc I didn't even know there was a barber in the plaza but I went in and took my chances and I was amazed on how good they cut my hair especially with my hair being a lot more rough and nappy ( aka black people hair ) I highly recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a new barber and wants good quality services and the prices are super fair as well I've been getting a cut every two weeks or so and I'm always greeted at the door and I just love the overall atmosphere. very upset with the service and the way they treated my son. my son has sensory issues and it's difficult at times to cut his hair because he is afraid of the razor. 1hour wait with 3 people waiting ..28$ a hair cut!! That's crazy, on top of that the men just talk shit about the customer.They just pass the clippers or brush over and over and over again while the stare and see who else is waiting. First time I took my son in, the barber had his small child with him, which I'm thinking poor guy let me cut him some slack. His daughter was wailing as he's cutting my sons hair super aggressive, overall hair cut was terrible. $45 for a terrible haircut that I had to get fixed, not worth it all. Yesterday I decided to give them another shot, didn't know they closed at 2pm, got there at 1:30pm. The door was wide open and as I'm walking towards it, I start asking if they have already closed. The barber pulls the door shut and as he's locking eyes with me he switches to the door sign closed without saying anything. For the garbage haircuts they produce they sure have the audacity to have the worst customer service with the prices of the likes of V's barbershop. Don't recommend them at all, I would give them 0 stars if I could. read more

I have been here 3 times and their product the prior 2 times was slightly above par. This latest time, the haircut was a 4 out of 10 and more importantly...during this Covid-19 pandemic which is still extremely active, their mask policy is a complete facade. Me and my son walked in to a full shop of non-mask wearing customers and even worse, Barbers. If Covid is a joke to this establishment then fine. But don't deceive possible customers about Covid compliance and then we can't cancel the appointment because we will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. I recommend this barbershop most definitely, it's as easy as showing even telling them what you want and they will give you the result you expect so you won't be disappointed. As well as your need, the most suitable thing that works for me is the spray tan for the beard and that made my haircut even fresher. Went in to get a hair cut yesterday asked the barber exactly what I wanted. Didn't really follow what I asked for. Never asked for a line up and he automatically went in on my forehead which I didn't ask for.. asked the barber to use a straight razor. He denied it due to lack of practice. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had at a barbershop. I walk in, 3 barbers working and one customer waiting, I'm barely acknowledged and told its going to be a 20 minute wait. An hour and a half before closing they lflip over the closed sign so off the bat this place needs to get it together on operating hours because you have people that drive out of their way to get here for y'all to not be open. I continue to wait and then 2 other guys walk in and im told I need to continue to wait and help their friends... mind you, I've been waiting for an hour at this point. I would give this shop 5 stars because I've been to it before and had great cuts but I went in just yesterday I asked for a "low-mid bald fade" this is what I got. It's not even faded, it's super high he cut so high up. This is probably the worst cut I've ever had. Went to get a hair cut yesterday I asked for a low fade skin from the guy at the far right end and he did a half ass job didn't even put no effort into it. It's all uneven looks like a taper on the right side and messed up fade on the left side never getting a hair cut there again I don't recommend that barber I don't even know how he got hired there smh got my lookin all crazy read more

Wish I could give this place 0 stars , walked in to only 1 barber being there (not even the barber we booked with) & he didn't ask if we had an appointment or anything , he sat his homie down right away without having asked us a question ( we had an appointment for 3 with ac ) the barber we booked with showed up at 3:30 without saying anything with a big ass bag of McDonald's without saying shit walked back to his booth sat down & started munching infront of everyone while there was a group of 4 waiting , we booked with " AC" at 3 pm & ended up getting cut by the other barber in the shop because " ac " doesn't have no people skills , he stopped eating & picked a random kid , the barber took 15 minutes to cut my little brothers hair with no type of fading in the cut & the haircut looked nothing like how my little brother asked for it ( showed him a exact pic of what he wanted ) , if I would've known how much this shop lacks I would've token my little brother to Supercuts, at the end of the day we had to book a reservation with a barber that didn't even cut our hair , the barbers don't communicate for shit , they lack in fading & just overall seems like it's a bunch of guys that just finished barber school read more

Zero knowledge on how to run a business. The owner will drive this place into the ground shortly I'm sure. Barbers are not punctual, I've beat them to the shop many times as they roll in 30 mins past opening time. They leave the open sign up all the time even when they're closed, but supposed to be open. I've also had barbers let walk-ins who are their friends get cut before me even though they just walked in. Unacceptable behavior & lack of professionalism. Do not recommend to anyone. read more
