They have really good barbers so they're always busy and booked so if you want a haircut, you have to make an appointment because everyone wants a haircut here so usually Thursday through Sunday they're booked through. A good haircut takes time and most people don't know that. I've only gotten my haircut by @loscutz_it (instagram handle) and he hasn't disappointed yet. Hadn't been back in months since the last time we visited on a sat morning we waiting over 2hrs also, figured weekdays would b better. The barbers are very young n play around too much. I have been cutting my hair at Noe's for years, and have never had a bad experience. They have always provided me with consistent and great customer service. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and offered a seat while you wait. Most complaints I see on here are about wait time, but great haircuts take time which is why I don't mind the wait. They do take appointments and recently added a feature where you can book your appointment online! Another great thing about Noe's is that Noe himself is usually always in the shop in case he was needed for anything. read more

Rude, looked them up online and it says they're open till 745 on Saturdays. I get there around 430 and they tell me they don't have time to give me a cut even though the door was wide open and the neon sign said open. I ask them why not and the guy in the first chair said after I cut this guy's hair I'm closing. I explained to him that online he states his shop is open til 745. All he said was look at my door (open/ close times) and said I don't have time. Dude was rude as hell. If you don't want to take more customers shut your door and turn off the open sign and don't be a dick about it. Business 101, ALWAYS make sure your online open close times reflects your true hours. Needless to say, they lost a customer who would have returned many times because they wanted to be rude. read more

I've been coming to Noe's barbershop for over 2 years They are always very professional and respect the order of when each client arrives. My haircuts have always been perfect! They really take their time to meet the clients needs. The bad thing about being a great barbershop is they are always busy and the wait can be long if you don't make an appointment. As soon as I knew about it, I tried it and my haircut experience is much better! I just arrive at my scheduled time and I'm already next! This place sucks. The first time I went the barbers were playing to much, one even went to the back to smoke some weed. I went this morning because it says they open at 9am no one showed up!!! Here is why I will give a bad review. The manager (not the owner) bullshits around with the other barbers. Dismisses the fact that 10people are waiting for a cut. I bring my son here every other week and it's always the same horrible service. The only reason I continue to bring my son here is because the barbers do cut very well. Another reason for horrible service is you never have any idea of where you stand in line to the next person. They have no sign in sheet, you have no idea who has an appointment. You will literally sit here for hours with people cutting you and having to watch the barbers BS around instead of cutting and getting to the next person. Granted I'm all for a chill environment, but when it's packed business comes first. I'm pretty sure the owner wouldn't appreciate this type of service when he isn't around. read more
