I went to fizz on 11/10/25 and I pull up to the drive thru and the guy working told me they were closed (9:34) so I pulled forward and there was another car in front of me. I thought they were just waiting on their drinks but after about 5-10 minutes they were still sitting there. I honked because I obviously needed to get past and when I did the lady in the car twirled her hand in the air saying that I need to back up so I can get out. So I do that cause she clearly was not going to move. I drove past the window to see what the heck is going on after I back out of the drive thru (very inconvienient) and I see that she is just chatting with a worker through the window. I am so so frustrated, this was so unprofessional and I will not be coming to this fizz location again. They also both the worker and girl in the car were mad that I drove past which was so not cool. You need to talk to your staff about this cause this is not okay especially while you are closed. read more

So so so sweet. This is a whole new level of sweet. We love the other soda shops and thought the drinks here looked amazing so took the kids. Every drink out of the 5 was over the top sweet. Fizz is ok. It is really and hit n miss with the soda itself. I'll get my toddler a sprite and most the time it doesn't taste right. The cookies aren't the best. And the popcorn isn't usually fresh. Just from my own experience over the past few years. It would be pretty good if it was consistent and fresh. And decide on a new cookie recipe. read more

No joke, the worst service I have experienced in a long time. Went into the lobby with my daughter and not a single person would even make eye contact. After approx 5 minutes one of the teenagers finally acknowledged our existence with the most interested asking of "what are you paying with?" response "cash" Her *sigh* looks over her shoulder... " um... someone will" and then ducking walked off... literally did not even finish her sentence And just went back to whatever she was doing. A few minutes later order is actually taken. Don't bother doing the app order. Ordered on the app and got a text the order was ready (before the time I was given) so we went to pick up. We waited there for 10 mins before my husband went in to get it and they were just making the order. The line was completely gone by that time too so it would have just been faster to go in the line. Not everyone, but a lot of people use the app because they are on a quick lunch break or they have babies. This has happened a few times which is why we started going to Swig instead, guess it's hasn't gotten better. Do better Fizz, especially when we have to tip beforehand. They make you do that so it doesn't matter how crappy their service is. read more

This is an old school soda fountain with modern and traditional flavors. They only sell non-alcoholic beverages and they are all tasty and affordable. They also have cookies made fresh as well as shakes, floats, and other drinks. On my visit I had a delicious drink made wth Dr. Pepper, cream, passionfruit, coconut, and vanilla. It was bomb! My snicker doodle was fresh and moist. Just how grandma made them growing up! I love the concept and the idea. I'm not really a soda drinker and I still loved it. It was fun and different. So, I started coming here a year or so ago, when visiting family in Utah. I ordered a sugar cookie and was blown away by it! It was HUGE, dense, thick, heavyand nice and cold. They seemed and tasted more like dough than cooked cookie (which is how I prefer them!) I loved them and ordered plenty to fly back home to WA with. So on this visit we of course stopped. Imagine my surprise when I was given a completely different sugar cookie than before. My sister had forgotten to tell me they changed their cookies. Now they're soft and light, much like a store bought loft house cookie. Juat delicate and powdery and... eh, not my idea of a good sugar cookie. So bummed they changed them. I absolutely love fiiz. They're drinks are super good and refreshing and the line is always very fast! However, lately almost every time I've gone lately they forget to give me my card back! The other day I "lost" my card only to call fiiz and find out it was there, all because the women who took my payment forgot to give it back to me and I didn't notice. And I'm not the only one this has happened to, it has happened to my boyfriend a few times as well and others. I just went here and the manager wasn't wearing any kind of a face covering and 2 employees inside had masks below their noses. When I pointed this out to the drive through window girl she kind of laughed and said she would tell them. They obviously know they aren't wearing masks, they thought it was funny they got "caught" by a customer. read more

Honestly really dissatisfied about the service my fiance and I live all the way over in Santa Clara which is the other side of town. We drove all the way over to fizz because we wanted some of their cool beads. Well we were in the drive through line for a good 15 to 20 min just to get up to order. Which I understand due to the covid-19 thing going on.... Well we finally got to order and we got to the window to pay we only had cash on us at the time and they weren't accepting cash. I get it trying to stay as safe as possible because of the covid-19, the problem was that there wasn't one sign up that stated they were only accepting cards and nobody said anything at the order box about it either. Fiiz Drinks is the perfect place to go if you need to satisfy your sweet tooth! The service is amazing and the food and drinks are to die for! The location is just unbeatable! The kindness of the employees and the sugary goodness of the flavors will leave you craving another visit! Although it is usually busy, the staff at Fiiz Drinks is quick to get your order ready without too long of a wait. It is only about two miles from my house which makes it the perfect distance if I am in a hurry. After 12 punches you get ANY size drink PLUS a cookie for FREE! Great fountain drinks, specialty drinks, etc. We've always had friendly customer service and sometimes the owners have waited on us. I have been to fiiz multiple times where the cashier did not know how to count money. The other day i went and my total came to $7.49. I gave the cashier all change, which i counted 3 times before i gave it to her, and as she was counting it she was putting it in the register. I could see that she was struggling counting it and then she hesitated and said "your a dollar ten short". I told her i had counted the money 3 times before i gave it to her, but she just sat there and stared at me until i gave her the extra dollar ten! So my drink ended up being way over priced! They need to teach their cashiers the correct way to count money. read more
