Spent over $100 dollars to get my screen fixed and had warranty on it. I asked several questions calmly to the manager working there and he yelled in my face. He was not helpful at all and when I asked if I could speak to someone else he said get out his store and he was the owner. Then he said he was the manager and said I couldn't talked to the "owner" very HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED! OVER PRICED AND RACIST !!! read more

My wife cracked her screen on her iPhone 7. Everything was still working, was just cracked. Took it here paid $111.00 to get the screen replaced. After it was replaced the home button wouldn't work. Wife talked to the guy working who told her that Apple should fix the home button for free. Wife asked the guy if Apple would do that with a 3rd party screen. The guy told her yes and went on about there was a court case and Apple couldn't reject 3 rd party screens. Sent it to Apple , and if we would have left the original screen on they would have repaired it for free but since it had a 3rd party screen we had to pay 150.00. So in total spending 261.00 to get the screen fixed. Crappy work and dishonest. Recommend finding anywhere else but here. read more
