He verified that it was the right size and that it looked appropriate and then had me pick up the next day. His communication was excellent. The part was ready when I arrived, along with a small printed cat which was very sweet. He was kind enough to give me a tour of the makerspace and told me the story of how he came to start the makers space. I really loved his mission and how he is clearly passionate about his work. After the tour he made it clear if I needed any changes or adjustments to the part, he was happy to help me. The part worked perfectly, and I was able to finish the repair within a day of it breaking, all thanks to Rob.
