A few months ago i had emailed them the first time about a quote, they had their partner company email me and it wasn't like a few hours wait time for a reply, every time i emailed them i would have to wait 3-4 days tops for a RESPONSE. At one point they just stopped replying to me?? I'm never requesting service here again.

The first 3-D printer I ever saw up close, was a Deezmaker "Bukito." I was intrigued because it was…read moretiny, nearly silent, and created precise parts in virtually any shape. A few months later, after researching many printer designs and different brands, I ended up purchasing the big brother, of the Bukito, called the "Bukobot." Since all of this was new to me I thought excellent technical support was critical. Deezmaker is open seven days a week, and you can reach them by email, or by phone, or if you're in the area, in person. Every time I've needed help with something, I've gotten immediate assistance. Best of all, everyone there is not only knowledgeable, but friendly, with none of the attitude that sometimes crops up when you're a beginner asking an expert for help. I've been to the store a dozen times, whenever possible I go to their monthly Meetup, and again and again I've seen a willingness to answer even the most naïve questions. This morning I discovered that a part on my 16-month-old, heavily used printer, had cracked. I drove out to Pasadena, hoping they would have a replacement in stock. Not only did they have it, but they encouraged me to do the work myself while I was there, and provided helpful suggestions, and even let me use their tools to make the repair. If you have any interest in 3-D printing, or simply want to understand something about the mysteries of it, stop by their shop. You will feel truly welcomed, and if you want to delve deeper, I strongly recommend the class they offer, called, "Zero to Plastic," which is a very thorough and well presented introduction to 3-D printing. I've had a lot of fun with my Bukobot, and it has turned into an essential tool in my design studio.

Great service never disappoints they always show up when you call .. customer service really niceread more

Athens Services as a company is one of the absolute worst companies that I've ever had to deal…read morewith. First of all, they're simply bad at what they do. For a company that is supposed to provide a "cleaning" service, they leave more trash than they pick up; they throw items around almost hitting my car, and push the bins around with blatant disregard of people's property. I've been fortunate enough to witness how unpleasant their employees are and what little care their employees show in making sure that they are clean and professional. Second point, their employees have zero self respect which is evident in their work. From their demeanor, their attitude, and watching them perform its clear to see that they have zero pride in what they do. Makes a mockery of the hard working individuals who actually do care about quality regardless of their profession. What a joke. This is a systemic problem within their company. If their management were wise they'd hire competent, hard working individuals that represent themselves and their company properly. Unfortunately, it's hard to imagine that upper management would be any different. These losers provide zero value. Our apartment does their tenants a disservice by partnering with this garbage ass company. You'd be smarter for using someone else, or avoiding this company at all costs.
