I am extreamly pleased with John Heffley Plumbing for a few important reasons,(one) because I…read morecalled late on a friday afternoon and John answered my call and listened to my problem and told me to call Cathy and tell her he had spoken with me and see if she could send a tech out to me , she did and told me it woulld be about an hour.I had no water to my house from a full cistren I just had filled and I did not no why.( 2)Apon arriving about 45 minutes later the tech went into the crawl space and found the pump that was old and had lost its prime as well as had a few other old cracks ,but he was able to restore its prime so I had water .(3) the tech was able to show my son where the old crackes where and advise us to get a new pump and he wrote an estiment and was very professional and very nice as well as taking the time to get the water on and did it all along with explaining the prosses.I was more than pleased with the fast response time,fixing the problem along with the more than affordable bill which I had expected to be more ,I will use them again for whatever I need and would recommend them highly to anyone.

You remain calm when issues come up and engage that wonderful ability to solve the problem. I hired Tommy to plumb my new pool heat pump. Looked like an easy enough job. The heater was leveled when we turned it on. However, the fan was hitting something causing a racket. We had to tilt the unit to a 30 degree angle for it to stop. Not good. I could not reach the company's support. I went inside to email them. When I came back out, Tommy had discovered the issue and fixed it. The issue was a manufacturing fault.
