This company doesn't care about its smaller clients. I contacted FR to help me in retrieving certain documents and transcripts from a provincial court (something any paralegal, law student or just a sane person can do, but I wanted to hire someone who knows what s/he's doing). Big mistake. I was given a 9 page docket information sheet instead, and then they stopped responding to my emails.
