This business is rude. The man's wife is his scheduler. I asked her the cost of completing taxes,…read moreshe said they offer a military discount. Then I asked if my taxes would be less if it was simple: I have two w2s. She told me they were not accepting more clients and to go to HR Block. Then I received an email asking to schedule an appointment for an extension and for financial advising. I requested an appointment and she responded they are not taking new clients. People have the right to ask questions and understand pricing for a service. I went to another company that was able to tell me exactly how much for 2 w2s over the phone and provides a military discount for my friends on base. They are absolutely amazing! If you need recommendations, please let me know. Avoid this place if you have questions because his wife will be annoyed and then in a polite way tell you that you are too poor for their services.

We were able to get an appointment very quickly. When we walked in we were greeted warmly. Tracy was amazing. She laughed with us, and worked through with us the whole time. We did have to bring our two kiddos with us. That say quietly and she was very kind about having them there. Now, I would not recommend taking kiddos of they are not quiet or constantly interrupting.
