Through Hilary's hard work and diligence, we eventually found the perfect home for our family. I should also add that we were looking in a popular price range, which made the market very competitive. The house we ended up purchasing was one we had seen on the MLS but had dismissed due to a faulty assumption. Hilary suggested we go check it out, anyway, and when we saw it in person we knew it was "the one". She carefully crafted an offer for us and the home was ours. From the start Mario had a pretty good idea on what I was looking for and didn't waste any time showing properties that weren't a good fit. When I saw my new home on a Saturday afternoon Mario immediately jumped on it and started negotiating with the seller's agent. Even the next Sunday afternoon Mario was on the case. When the seller's agent wasn't very responsive Mario never gave up and eventually got the job done. I will definitely give Mario a call the next time I'm looking for a new home.

TICs require "group" agreement from other tenants on a TIC agreement (read: Lawyers), and you're dealing with real estate agents for each of the other buyers as well. By the end of our long, drawn out ordeal, all of the agents, lawyers, bankers, etc would just call our agent Mario instead of talking to anyone else....he was calm, efficient, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. He MORE than earned his commission and we will definitely use him again for our next home!
