FSB CLOSED our business checking account with ZERO COMMUNICATION (no call, text, or email) after withdrawing service fees and leaving a $0 balance for 30+days. When I contacted the bank they said this was in the fine print of the service agreement and the community president (Jordan Carpenter) wrote "Unfortunately we are unable to monitor every account we have in our system for balances and closures which is why much of the system is automated. We have 18 locations and tens of thousands of accounts. " We went in the office EVERY MONTH IN PERSON to make our loan payments and they could not warn us they were CLOSING OUR BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNT?!? Terrible customer service and ZERO clue on how to treat customers in a way to maintain business.
