She sent the whole case to me for final review. I found several shortcomings and mentioned that to her in a written email. She responded that she would incorporate them, and she forgot to do that and submit the case without modification! After I hit some legal walls (as direct consequence of her negligence) I came back to her and seriously asked her why she forgot to submit the corrected forms. - First she dragged me over without answering, or making up lame quick responses. - After I showed her the details and attached all of our correspondence, instead of covering her negligence, she switched to another channel: "Now you can fill this secondary correction if you want and it costs you $XYZ".
