I was happy with the services offered but the playroom is very stimulating and crowded for a child so I wonder if that effects the outcome of play therapy. They're the experts though. What I wasn't happy about is when we were called back nearly ten minutes late because our therapist couldn't see us in the camera from her room. We were there at the correct time but were playing with the children's toys out of view. Who knew I needed to stay in a certain spot in the lobby? Then I was told that I should be waiting on my child ten minutes before the 50 minute session ends so that they can clean up before the next child. I thought I paid for 50 minutes not 40. Pretty pricey to begin with and then to say you're session is cut short for another client, I was not satisfied. When were called back late, and the session shortened, my child only received 35 minutes of play therapy for $110. No thanks. They were very nice people though.

This was not an isolated event. How licensed "professionals" can think this is okay speaks volumes about their ethics. If you can't be trustworthy in small things, how can you be trustworthy with important things (like CHILDREN)? Really shameful to cheat the system and other people.
