As I write this review, I haven't even completed treatment yet, and already the weight on my heart, the sadness, and the desperation have started to fade. I lost myself for a very long time, and the care I've received here has done more for me than six years of therapy and countless medications ever did. The care I received from Robin was excellent. The TMS Therapy is working for me after 50 years of suffering. God lead me here through a series of experiences and research. I've never felt this good. I have had PTSD and Major Depression for about 40 years. Drugs helped somewhat but not significantly. I started with IV Ketamine and was amazed at the results in just two weeks. The next two treatments made me feel normal for the first time in 40 years. I also tried Spravato the nasal Esketamine and TMS. The Spravato was less effective for me but probably because I started on the IV Ketamine. The IV Ketamine isn't covered by insurance so I moved to Spravato after a while. I also tried TMS and paired it with IV ketamine and the result was almost immediate. I will update on how long it lasts. Spravato and TMS are covered by insurance. Shout out to all the employees. ABSOLUTE TRASH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This isn't a review about whatever services this place might provide, because I never made it that far. I dealt with someone who kept calling me the wrong name, who then told me I should "expect a call in 24 hours to set up an appointment." The trouble with that is that on the documentation they demanded I fill out, I selected my preferred contact method was E-MAIL. Then, FOUR DAYS LATER, when they finally managed to call (not E-MAIL), they called THEY WRONG DAMNED NUMBER. And in the voicemail that was left, they called me THE WRONG DAMNED NAME AFTER I'D ALREADY CORRECTED THEM IN PREVIOUS INTERACTIONS. If you can't trust them to get those simple things right, can you really trust them to provide adequate care? I certainly can't. read more

I've had the worst experience at this alleged psychiatric facility. They had the gall to lie about what I was told. Also, stating that I said something I did not nor would I ever. They said I handle my bipolar & severe depression with a therapist instead of the medications needed. I have lost my husband, suffered a flood & car accident all in a matter of months & they made everything much worse. read more

Terrible service. Assigned out children to counselor's that weren't taking their age groups. Then once that was sorted out and they were scheduled for their intake appointments, we were contacted back and told that therapy has a 3 month waiting list. I have been a patient for them for over a year. They have always gone ou of their way to provide their services. When something is not right with me for my care we take a step back evaluate and determine if going forward is best for me or maybe venturing towards a better option. Ive read comment where people say that this place is bad because they couldn't obtain treatment. Unfortunately not all insurances cover everything we all want its not up to the establishment to figure out a method for you to attain their services. when you insurance doesn't meet the standard requirements. I have had a family issue where I was aware my insurance covered a specific service of theirs and they diligently kept in contact with my insurance until I was approved. My spouse, children and myself have attended this location for various services. They have always diligently pushed to provide a service. Do not go to this Psychiatric Practice . One of the Psychotherapists- Dora Boyne- after meeting weekly for over two years- abruptly threw me out of her office and forever out of her practice. No follow up or after care direction. She didn't care. She's not real, shall we say, Balanced . Quack. She got "triggered by something". And threw me out. Part of what I was meeting about was to help my clinically depressed Sister- who was holding on for some of this help. Once Dora Boyne threw me out, my Sister- the following week- slit her wrists and threw herself from a balcony. Blood on her hands and never apologized or even acknowledged my Sisters passing. What kind of Psychotherapist does that?? Sick. read more

I have struggled with PTSD, anxiety, and depression for years, and I have never been doing so well as I am now. Robin and her team are absolutely phenomenal! Not only do they have an incredible staff, but Dr. Nazimuddin Mohammed is a Community Care network provider who is directly contracted with Triwest. As long as VA Patients ask their case manager to transfer their care to them, TMS is an option with the proper diagnosis. read more

As an update to my previous review, the service actually got worse instead of better. Formal written complaints have been made both with the V.A. in Dallas, TX and with TriWest. I have strongly recommended that all V.A. and TriWest contracts be pulled with this company. read more

I don't understand WHY it's so hard to get my medication correct? I am approved for Not generic by insurance company and 5xs now I keep getting generic filled and pharmacy says it's the Dr script ...they can only do Generic bc my Dr says.... we've spoken about this 3 times (dr) and been assured they would do correct meds. Not only do they continue to send bills and charge my son (I have the letter in front of me that says it has been paid in full from fathima chowdhurry) they still to this day send letters to me! I even reported them to the BBB and ask that Compassionate Psychaitric services cease and assist harassing us... yet they still send bills!!!! We don't owe them anything! They are pathetic! If you don't want to be money scammed, please run from this place! It's not "Compassionate Psychuatric Services", it's "Scam Psychiatric Services"!!! read more
