Very striking and visually appeasing statue surrounded by nice Shrubbery and garden work. Very well landscaped and sticks out vividly in the complex. While it resembles the famed gallopalooza gorse series I believe this horse sculpture stands on its own. It does not feature the unique hand painted qualities of the gallopalooza horses and there is actually another for sure gallopalooza horse sculpture on the shopping complex property. Either way it is really well designed and looks great. Makes for a nice piece of public art and offers up some wonderful photo opportunities.

I asked for an early check in yesterday and a late check out today and they were extremely accommodating. Knocked one star off because of non working elevator though. The lady at the front desk gave all kinds of tips for getting the elevator to work and I tried them all (hitting the button at the edge with my phone) and the doors would just close and sit there. Luckily we were just on the second floor so it was alright just using the stairwell. Fix the elevator and it would have been five stars lol. She said they had someone working on them yesterday but as of this morning still didn't work. So stay on the ground floor if you have a lot of luggage.

In 2025, the elevator to left was out of service. This year, 2026, the opposite elevator out of service. To the point. There were 2 bus loads attending the Louisville jazz concert. The group I was with......all seasoned mature individuals. We had one man physically disabled & other woman on a cane. The elevator started malfunctioning Friday night with several ppl getting stuck inside. The elevator did move BUT did not go down to first floor. The individuals had to get off on second floor and walk down to first floor. By Saturday night, I did inquire the status of getting the elevator serviced. Shame, Shame! There was no sense of urgency. We were asked if we wanted to file a complaint to leave our room number. As a Hilton honors member, I plan to elevate my concern to the highest level until resolution. For two years, there has been elevator malfunction and the food is BEYOND desirable. At this point, you need to blame management not the employees!!! Stop with the excuses and fix the elevator. Also invest in quality food. No one deserve to eat SLOP that cost $20.

What we like to eat M-F is the MINI PIZOOKIE MEAL DEAL. My favorite is the Chicken/Bacon/Ranch Piadina and my husband's current favorite is a Personal Chicken/Bacon/Ranch Pizza with a Caesar Salad. Our server for our last 3 visits has been Kia I. She is absolutely a fantastic server. She has been our server about 3-4 times. She's very friendly and she remembered us from previous visits. She is really great! She is also a perfectionist! She brought us our drinks, my extra glass of ice and a lemon. Kia brings the Caesar Salad first and then when we are finished with the salad, Kia has it timed to exactly bring the Pizza and Piadina w/fries to the table. We really are enjoying her. Lately we've been taking home the Pizookie and ice cream home to eat later. BJ has a welcoming atmosphere. There's lots of room for large groups. I like to see that the restaurant is busy. It's not really loud most of the time.k The manager, Chris stops by our table whenever he sees us there and chats for a few minutes. Food was consistently delicious as always and I have difficulty convincing myself to try anything else once I found the enlightened Mediterranean salad. My birthday pal received a complimentary birthday Pizookie, so I ordered one as well and it was yummy. Served warm and with a scoop of ice cream. Since this location is within a mall, there is a ton of free parking directly outside the entrance. Restrooms are clean and fully stocked.
