On a friendly suggestion, ('you would make a great agent!') I grabbed my RE agent license here back…read morein 2015. 40 hrs of fun in Brookline wrapped up in 4 days with Richard. (Their textbook is a MUST HAVE -I have 2). The class was entertaining, engaging, and Richard made the time go by quickly with his charisma and sense of humor. Fast forward to Aug. '21. I hadn't seen Richard since the class, until yesterday when I picked up my broker bond in Brookline. I am elated to report that the Institute's online 40 hr Broker's course was the most clear, concise and (most importantly) convenient option for me. The Lee Institute offers supplementary study material on their site, and broker bonds- which I took full advantage of. Result: Guess who passed his broker exam on the 1st try? :D Thank you Lee Institute!!!

I have highly enjoyed my real estate salesagent class at Lee institute. first they have a huge…read moreamount of word of mouth recommendations. I'm pretty sure 90% of students found out about it through word of mouth, including myself. it's a household name in real estate schools. Lee institute offers first time education, continuing education, sales agents, brokers, etc. they are located conveniently right in Coolidge corner by the theatre. very accessible by t and car. there is a huge parking lot in the back. the entrance looks small and dated (like most things in Boston) and you walk up the stairs to the classroom at the right. there's a lobby area and a large classroom (about 25'x25' with tons of tables and seats. Lets face it the place is dated but you're not paying for an upgraded building, you're investing in your education and starting a new career for a low price and great education.. they also have a huge amount of different schedules they cater to. need 4 10 hr days in a row? need 3 times a week for 2 weeks? need two weekends? they have every schedule available. they have their own books, and the teachers I had were Tony and rich. they were extremely informative. it was a lot of information to learn but the teachers are very efficient and personable. I appreciate the time and effort they take to teach so in depth and make sure no one is confused on any question, chapter, test. I missed a few hours and it's very easy to schedule make up time. Lee institute and it's teachers really want their students to pass the test on the first time. so much so that if you take it and fail the test you can use them again. I don't at all agree with the negative reviews. it seems like they were students who didn't read the agreements of signing up for the class because you can't get a refund on a cancellation if you've already attended. other seem like they don't know how credit card processors work. they have a contract for signing up for class so make sure you know what you're signing up for. I would highly recommend this school I am so excited to move forward with my new career thanks to Lee institute! rich is a great teacher and will help you with anything you need. also I've told people that I've been going to Lee institute, just uber drivers, or people in general and everyone knows where I'm talking about, and some have even gotten their real estate schooling through them. they help a large amount of people. I live on the north shore and I went to the Brookline location.

We've sent two boys through Mrs. Perry's Preschool in the last 3 years (one of them is still…read moreattending and will be there again next year). It's been a wonderful experience both for the boys and for us. Mrs. Perry taught in the Norwood school system for decades and her experience definitely shows. From the physical layout of the school to the curriculum, everything is very organized. The entire staff of teachers are amazing. They are able to perfectly blend learning with the social aspects of preschool. Mrs. Casey, Mrs O'Keefe and Mrs Shaw are all great at handling the day to day challenges that can arise with kids this age and we trust them completely. I can't overstate that - we have complete trust in all the teachers. Pick up and drop off are done by lining up the cars in the driveway and waiting until the staff come to the gate before you take your kids out of the car. This way there are never vehicles moving at the same time as the children. In the morning, parents walk the children up to the gate where the staff take them inside and in the afternoon, the staff keep the children inside the gate until the parents walk up to get them. When the first group of parents leave, the second group of cars can pull up to drop off or pick up. Very safe, very efficient. The 3 year old classes are Tuesday and Thursday, 4 year old classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 9am to 1pm. The kids have a snack in the morning and eat lunch at school. During the school year they will do arts and crafts projects that will help them learn every letter and number. They read stories and sing songs, and generally learn to socialize with classmates and follow directions from their teachers. There is usually at least one field trip a year, which is great for the parents and the kids. There are plenty of activities for indoor play including a train table, a play kitchen, dolls, a lego activity table and more. When the weather is nice enough to play outside, there is a playground and a grassy/astroturf area surrounded by a concrete track for the kids to ride bigwgeels around. I just can't say enough good things about Mrs Perry's Preschool and highly recommend checking it out.
