The owner of Outback Power Products mentioned to me that if I was to take the bike out the same day that the warrenty will be voided! So I took the chance, little did I know. I brought the bike back Saturday 21 June 2014 which was with in 48 hours. The first ride I realized the front rim was bent and wobbled voilently as I picked up speed. Second, the whole back end was loose and made for a wobbly ride. Third, an aluminum oring that kept back rim assembly tight broke and needed to be replaced. Forth, the chain fell off due to this aluminum o-ring breaking. So I took the bike back within 48 hours and had a confrontation with both owners of Outback Power Products concerning the actual condition of this extreme mountain bike. And was told to take the bike back or they will put the bike out on the street. After the dust settled, Rick of Outback told me that it will take awhile before he can even look at the bike to fix it. I had a piece of the o-ring that was damaged and mentioned I could bring it in early if he needed to order the part. I was met abruptly with don't bother just bring it in when we're ready to look at your bike. "Very rude indeed". So I decided to call other dirt bike mechanic shops due to the fact that I will be waiting along time for this bike to be fixed. And to my consternation found out that most of these shops will not touch products from Outback Power Products due to there products made in China and are built very poorly. Most of these shops mentioned that if they even try to work on my extreme mountain bike other parts may and or will break. And they do not want to be envolved in matter. Plus they don't have access to parts, and manuals to fix these machines due to the products are from China. So to conclude that A- Outback Power Products are very poorly made, B-The owners are very un-professional, C- No other local shops in Winnipeg will not touch these bike due to them being very poorly made. If you have read to this point I hope that you save you time and your money and avoid this business at all costs.

I brought my scooter to them 2 times. on both occasions they kept my scooter for the entire riding season, and on both occasions they lied to me more than once. The first time they lied about having the parts in when I phoned to ask about my scooter after 3 weeks of them "working" on it after the front break blew after less than a year of owning it. Then they told me that everything was alright with my scooter... the spring tune up with done... I informed them that thats not what I brought it in for, which jogged their memorie and they told me it hadn't been working on at all yet. the second time I brought it to them, they had it for yet another riding season. The ended up losing the set of keys that I gave them and forgetting to put the battery back in after I had to retreive the scooter myself because they lied about being able to deliver it to me. They even lied to the BBB when they recieved my compaint about their customer service, they said I had "dropped the scooter" which I hadn't... one moment I was driving my scooter, the next I was skidding to a stop with my feet on the road because my breaks failed to work. all in all..... AVOID KOBI'S AUTO & SCOOTER CITY AT ALL COSTS!! I would have rated it zero stars, but I cant submit my review on yelp unless I put at least one star.
