They sold me a life insurance policy based on lies. Instead of giving me the right answers to all my questions they lied to make me believe something else. I was paying $1,500 a month to make 5% on what I put in a year. One of my main concerns and the question I asked repeatedly was if I could take my money out whenever I wanted to and they reassured me that I would be able to take it out whenever I pleased which was a complete lie. They put me on a whole life insurance which I cant take the money out how they had explained to me. After speaking to several other people in the same field as them they advised me that the whole life insurance wasn't beneficial to me and the only reason why Morris & Jose put me on the whole life insurance policy was because they win a $10,000 commission. So pretty much they scammed me and knew what they were doing to cash in on that commission. I am writing this review because I hope no one else falls for this scam!

My child and I went without hot water for 3 1/2 months due to a broken hot water heater. The dishwasher has not worked since we moved in. The finally replaced it after 4 months but they replaced it with a USED dishwasher that was broken! Now there are rodents within the apartment. They continue to do nothing about it. When you call them they make nothing but empty promises. "Yes we will be there, yes we will fix that, yes we will call you back" Guess what? NO CALL BACKS! They are beyond unprofessional. Recently, FMS posted a brief article about the recent rise in muni yields and stated that an investor could buy munis that were yielding 200% of treasury yields. I know that the AAA muni to treasury ratio has been higher than it has been for several years but nowhere near the quoted 200%. I reached out to FMS bonds to clarify and was basically told that "you are to smart for us" and to "email someone else." I was very concerned about their response. In the past, FMS posts questions and answers on their website and have been very informative, transparent and helpful.
