This guy Rick Martinez is a FRAUD. I h ave never been arrested before and it turns out that the DA rejected my charges. I was told by the clerk in Ventura that I needed to call a bail bondsman. I chose a random name from a poster in the holding cell and called the wrong guy!! My bail.was $20,000 which my husband and I have in our account, but I was never informed that using our money was an option and Rick told me that he would stay up all night waiting for the jail to tell him that the bail had been posted and woulD pick me up immediately and take me home. Bail was posted at 2 am. I called Rick at 2am, 2:30am, 3am, 3:30am, 4:00am, 4:30am and he never answered!!! What a guy!!! I called my husband at 4:30am and HE ANSWERED and picked me up. Subsequently, we had a car accident on the way home and our car was TOTALED!! Thanks for NOTHING RICK!!!! I saw Rick the following day and I asked him why I couldn't get a hold of him and he said he was tired and tired his phone off!!!
