Well here is something I am glad to do. This company was not the cheapest but the representative…read morewho came for the estimate came across exceptionally well and it was obvious he knew his stuff. So I picked this company. The workers who came were also excellent and when they left the house was so clean you could not even tell they had been there. Decent pricing and exceptional service and work.... plus they were able to fit me I rather quickly. I would highly recommend this company!

The fact that the O'Reilly Brothers don't have 5 stars on Yelp makes no sense. Trust me, there's…read morethousands of satisfied people out there, my wife and I being two. We bought a multi-unit building in 2016 and have steadily improved it. One of the first things I looked into was insulation. The building is old. The new unit we added immediately made the basement the warmest and most temperate floor. We weren't going to do a full reno on the ground floor so we decided to do "drill & fill" with cellulose for sound deadening. They were excellent. We did have a miscommunication about one cavity that was accidentally filled but this was professionally rectified. Just last year it was time to do the attic. We thought about saving money and doing it ourselves. Just before renting the equipment and sourcing the insulation at Home Depot I have them a call for a quote. It was off-season but the quote blew me away. Like with our previous renos, their pricing was extremely aggressive and I said yes right away. The man (Reggie, if I remember correctly) and woman who showed up to do the blown-in cellulose were great. Total pros who even spotted a few issues in the attic and addressed them on the spot! One was that a previous contractor installed an incorrect venting tube and replaced it. These guys are total pros. I'm a landlord and also have family who are real estate investors. We all agree that the OReilly Brothers are like a well-oiled machine. Other companies, from our experience, don't have the systems in place to do the quality work for such fair pricing. The rep Kyle shows up on time so far so good, but that where it stopped. I found him pushy from the get go ( He also proceeded to bash your competition ) Mistake. My walls went up. he wanted me to walk around with him ( I did) wasting my time. Then he pulled out a measuring wheel, ok I understood that, said he was going to write up the estimate, good I thought that's all I wanted. He comes to my door with large brief case and basically forces his was into our home. Proceeds to give me this long song and dance sales pitch. I wasn't into it all. He calls me on it, I cant look at him, I seem disinterested, he tells me right in my own home, how professional is that? His sales pitch included pictures of his kids " This is why I do this" he says. Sorry I don't care. He starts showing me the product uses my kitchen sink, and paper towel to demonstrate how debris works, leaving us to clean up after he left, it as all in the drain. Anyways he comes up with a price over 21k, that's right 21k, PLUS HST then he try's to close me on that price, I said I'll have to speak with my wife, , well he said she's right there.. Are you kidding me. I then said I wasn't expecting to purchase a car today. I then asked him about the discounts he kind of skirted that question. I said thanks for coming out, and we might get back to you, he said that's basically a no. ( he's bang on there) I asked him for his card, his response " I only give my card to customers, customers that pay me". Hmm Thought I was a customer?? Anyways about ten minutes after he left he calls me, said he was around the corner and spoke with his boss, boss tell him they'd do it for 9500 plus tax and they can start this afternoon. Honestly I've never had such a poor pressure filled presentation in all my years. With that I wouldn't put leaf filter on my doghouse if I had a dog house. I've since blocked his number. You guys need to seriously revamp your sales technics, and come in at a good price with no games.Good luck, but with me you've created a detractor for life. ZERO Stars
