Happened to be near Tinzers and after being locked out in the heat for almost an hour, my son was struggling. We went into Yinzers for some relief while we pondered what we could do, and these folks were absolutely great people. They let us hang out til we got things partially figured out, offered us cold drinks, and anything else we could have needed. Then they even let us store our sons wheelchair there over night until we could Come get it the next day. Al, and Team Thank you sincerely for your hospitality, generosity, and kindness in what was a very stressful situation for us just figuring out the logistics of how to get our boy home etc. we will not forget this! Hank came to the rescue! He led me to some items that were best sellers and sold out, quickly, and explained why my relative would love them. He checked all the boxes (something I could either mail or carry in a suit case, non-breakable, etc.) and I felt great with the purchase and confident the family member would love everything - and he did! I think this was a tagalong shop for me while out with family. My niece needed something and we walked in here. I do have to say that it is quite vast in here to look for what you may need. The layout seems to flow very well and you will eventually find what you are looking for. I find it wild that the departments are so vast and cover such a huge footprint in the store. It is so odd that there are so many items to have such a huge golfing department. The customer service here is great. They knew what we were in here to look for and exactly where it would be located in the store. Even at checkout they were very accommodating.
