Old lady that works there gatekeeps the bathroom and complains when u wash laundry in the evening (I left before they closed). She stares creepily and is very rude. Follows me around every time I go in there. I'm not coming back. It was conveniently close to my house, but a drive is worth getting away from her. read more

My family and I had a awful experience with this attendant that is tall white women that is poorly dressed with messy hair ( truly doesn't matter to me just how she looked.) Was shouting at us on what not to do instead of telling us, politely how things are done. We also are a Mexican Americans, and what I also noticed was other families that didn't look like us where spoken to in a very nice a welcoming tone. I hate to make it about race but if the shoe fits.... While Me my bother and my blind sister where actually shouted at to the point where my 3 year old nephew asked what was wrong because she was yelling. When we called higher management his name was "George" they asked to take a message when we said our message he and I quote said " Oh well I don't deal with all that." ......Then say you want our name and number...not a message. Mind you I drop my laundry off there all the time to get it washed I spend good money and Dee the attendant is always super lovely and nice. So whomever this other worker is....really is mean. It's not what the attendant says it's the actual shouting and rude RUDE tone. I'm sure nothing will come of this and i'm sure other folks have a fine time, it just in this climate where everyone is mean and hateful, daily tasks and everyday moments could honestly be at least nice.... not met with more hate and lack of just basic customer service. Very helpful service if you are new to the area. They are friendly and even look at your load size for best machine recommendation

This place is amazing. Today there are two attendants helping customers. Kim, the manager, helped me with bedding. I paid for self service but she did all the work to get the right machines, be economical and efficient. I was a princess at the laundromat! Thanks Finish Line! read more

The card system is helpful. There's an adequate supply of machines, plus free wi-fi. They should have free popcorn. Just kidding. People who value free popcorn need to grow up. read more
