The parent was not watching the kids the entire time they were there prior to the incident, but were very helpful and apologetic in helping me look for my card. The attendant was also very helpful in talking with the owner (who wasn't on site) to watch the cameras to see who took my things. The place is insanely busy, and most kids tend to be playing around the place and doors. Don't expect to come here and get additional work done while doing your laundry.

When I picked up the coat I noticed the stains were still there and the fabric was crunchy. They had also broken the belt on the coat by losing the magnets on it. The girl working told me they would look for the magnets, but I could still wear the coat without the belt. I called the general manager to try to get a refund of $16.22. He refused to give me a refund and just kept saying they would like to take the coat back and fix it. I don't trust their company, why would I let them take it again? He even said "shame on you" when I told him I would tell people about my experience! This company has absolutely NO customer service.
