Oxi Fresh is the best! It is enzyme-based and does the job! Our daughter stayed with her cat, and we had cat urine smells in two rooms. A technician came out and cleaned. It still had a cat urine smell, so I called the owner, Mike. He came out right away and spent extra time cleaning the cat urine. He eliminated that awful odor. He takes pride in his company and wants his customers to be happy. We have used his services on several different houses. He is reasonably priced, always punctual, efficient, and helpful. We have been 100% satisfied each time. The process is fast, so originally, I wondered if it would do the job. Let me tell you, it's a completely different process (in a good way) and cleans better than the wet, stinky, old-fashioned way of cleaning carpet. Try it, I think you will be happy with the results.

This person doesn't deserve 1 star. Avoid these people like the plague…read more They completely ruined my house. I almost had to remove the drywall after they painted. their tile work is horrible. their work ethics are worse. never show up when they say and all of their work is 3rd class. they were supposed to paint, tile, hang doors, lay laminate floors. and window trim. this is a new house build and they ruined my experience of building my house. After the paint and tile I let them go. Should have done that after the first week.
