I had an extremely disappointing experience working with this attorney on my first DUI case, and I…read morewould not recommend his services. From the beginning, communication was poor. I was constantly left in the dark about what was happening with my case and had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic updates. As someone unfamiliar with the legal system, I expected guidance and clear explanations, but instead I felt like I had to figure everything out on my own. It should not be the client's responsibility to chase their attorney for information. I also shared important details about my medical situation and other factors that could have potentially helped my case, but these were never meaningfully addressed or presented. It felt like little to no effort was made to advocate on my behalf, and that the bare minimum was done just to move the case along. After completing all of my probation requirements, I paid to have a motion for early termination filed. It was denied, and when I asked why, I was not given a clear answer. I later found out--on my own, by contacting the courthouse--that I was never even eligible for early termination due to the DROP program. This is basic information that any competent attorney should know and communicate to their client before filing a motion. Nick said he filed the motion for free like he was doing me a favor...that was hilarious, I had to go to the courthouse myself to get the final decision from the judge. Overall, I felt that my case was not handled with the level of attention, effort, or professionalism it deserved. An attorney's job is to inform, guide, and advocate for their client, and in my experience, that standard was not met. I strongly urge others to do thorough research and ask direct questions before trusting someone with their case.

I passed all the medical and other licensing requirements for the position. There was misinformation that appeared on my background that would have most definitely would have caused me to lose any hopes I had of getting this position. I disputed the background immediately after receiving it and with less than 4 business days first advantage called me and told me they had good news it was off my record. I called the hiring company and within 20 minutes I gotta a call from hr saying they were bringing me on board. I can't say how greatful I am I called every day during business hours for updates I even chatted with bots and live operators on the site out of nervousness but there was always a representative there to speak with . I treated them with respect and went thru the proper dispute process and ending up getting positive results. I cant speak for everyone's experience but there effort and mines combined got the issue fixed in record time I filed my dispute on a Friday by Tuesday it was cleared in my favor. Thank you I value the effort they put into getting my issue resolved as quickly as possible.

This company sucks. I'm sorry, but you'll end up doing the background check yourself because…read morethey'll constantly reach out saying they need another document since they couldn't verify your employment, even if you already provided the correct information and supporting documents. Then they'll contact your employer and claim they can't verify anything, saying you're not being compliant after giving you only one day to respond. No company should pay for their services. You could pay me $50, and I could complete the entire background check in less time than they can.
