If I have any issues I call in leave a message, receive text to confirmed call, and then get a callback at a decent time. It's a popular pharmacy/location so it's always busy, so I always bear that in mind. If I'm picking up in store I'll have the barcode ready and skip the line to the left, love it! I was nervous at first but then I seen a woman do it and I was like that was fast and easy! If I have questions or concerns and have to wait at the drop-off window, I'm always acknowledged and if waiting than no longer than 5 minutes. I also got my TDAP shot here, quick and easy, love their bandaids. Jeff the pharmacist is really kind and always ask about my day, it's the little things.
