Definitely one of the worst experiences from a business I have ever had in my life. I purchased a car in October, still under manufacturer warranty and I also purchased the platinum warranty from finnicum, and after having the car 4 months, it had a catastrophic gasket failure, causing a massive oil leak. It wasn't safe to be driving. My car has not been driven since March and has been in the shop since April. Do you think Finnicum has tried to do anything at all....4 weeks, 5 weeks, 8 weeks........After 10 weeks in the shop I texted and told Tony I was going to get an attorney before there was even any traction. Then all of a sudden finnicum was willing to buy it back, but at what they were offering it was a no deal. I am still waiting on my car today. It should have been ready on the 27th of June, then it was the 3rd now it's the 5th of July. 11 weeks in the shop, I still do not have my car, I have been having to rent a car for months, it's been an emotional, mental and financial nightmare. As long as I live and as loud as I can I am going to tell everyone how finnicum has treated me and handled this situation. It should have been resolved weeks ago but they thought it would be cheaper to fix than replace...... think that's gonna cost them some business too. A cheap old used car lot, that what finnicum is and a handshake means you got screwed. Trust me, the cars look shiny and pretty but if you get a bad car or a lemon like in my case, it's a freaking nightmare. read more

I am from Mississippi I don't think this company like working with outer towner . with me and my mother credit and large down payment and still couldn't get approved and we have okay credit I don't know if it's that we are African-American or we from Mississippi not a good deal-ship to work with they all ways busy but not for my money or color. they are asking for half of the price of the vehicle and note still 850 a month. that is crazy. and it is a. used vehicle I also did an application and no call saying we working to get it done i got a text 5 days later. with bad news. Traveled pretty far because of a good word of mouth on their prices. Bought two cars from them. Both had issues within a month of purchase despite their "inspection". Both cases finnicum was no help with the issues and told us to take it to a dealership close and let them deal with it. Smoothest car purchase I have experienced. I was able to do everything prior to me driving to pick up the vehicle on a Saturday. I had advised the salesman that I worked with, that since I was traveling 3 hours, I basically wanted to be able to basically sign in the sorted line, pick up the keys and leave. Below is an honest letter I sent to the salesman and the organization as a whole. After looking for almost 2 months for a specific vehicle we came upon one at Finnicum Motors. I had my doubts after visiting so many other car dealers and being treated so badly that we were about to give up. Finnicum Motors was almost 4 hours away but after talking with Chad (and yes it was every day and almost constant) But his relentlessness was proving to be just a great Salesman doing his best to satisfy a picky customer and was well worth his effort. Chad; I started to respond to your text with a text but I felt I needed to be more descriptive and personal in reference to our interaction with you and your organization. To have a person like yourself and your organization be so upfront and open about a vehicle is refreshing. After dealing with so many dealers that are deceptive and even flat out lie it was truly a pleasure to arrive and see exactly what was described. You went out of your way to address any issues I had to the best of your ability without the typical "it's a used car what did you expect" excuse. Beware. Do not buy a car from this dealership ! My boyfriend and I made the mistake of doing so . We bought a Jeep Compass in February, few days later it completely broke down . It would not start at all . They sent a tow truck for it and took it to get it "checked" just for them to tell us that they don't know what the problem was. They didn't even take it a Dodge/Chrysler dealership to get it checked. Moving on , the only good thing they were able to do for us was give us a car to use meanwhile we got our repaired. We had to spend money out of pocket to get the Jeep towed twice before we took it to the Dodge/ Chrysler in Moultrie (Excellent service). Turns out the car had 2 bad batteries and an electrical problem. Total came out to 1,700.00. Tried to contact the salesman "Ed" many times to see if they could take care of that since they had in fact sold us that car with all those issues. It seemed only fair for them to take care of that bill . Never heard of him . So again , we had to pay for that as well. We barely got the car up and running again 3 months later . Today I went to finnicum to program my spare key. Waited and hour until they told me they weren't able to program it . I had to take to it to the Dodge/Chrysler in Bainbridge where they told me the spare key could not be programmed because that key had already been programmed to another vehicle. It's been an issue after issue with this dealership. Think twice before buying a car from here !! read more
