I noticed very little work was performed on my case until the day of court. I noticed him showing up late for court. I noticed him having little patience in explaining procedures and papers to me. I noticed him showing very little interest in what was best for me and my child. I noticed him not taking the time or care to really make sure of what was right for my child. I noticed it extremely difficult to get a hold of him. There were numerous, numerous unanswered and unreturned telephone calls and emails. There is no secretary either. When there was a return call it was the NIGHT before court. Unacceptable. I DID notice more interest in having the case resolved. I DID notice him cowering down and just trying to get me to sign on the dotted line to get the case over with. I do NOT recommend this attorney. When you go to court on such important matters involving children you DO NEED to be very extremely careful and you have to fight the good fight in order to get what is RIGHT FOR YOUR CHILD(ren). This attorney will have you think it's open shut sign here. NOT THE CASE! BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR CHILDREN. I suggest using another attorney. HIGHLY SUGGEST. I am still in court and now have a different attorney and feel MUCH more confident that whatever the outcome, at least I can be confident that my attorney made sure my child and myself had PROPER REPRESENTATION.
