Contacted Fiorello for a patio/pool cage expansion. Matt came out right away any looked at the project. I originally was just going to add onto the patio pavers by 10 feet. The entire addition was 10x30, plus expanding the pool cage. I have quite an el cation, so he needed to put in footers. Matt set up with the cage installers. Neither required a deposit beyond the permit fees to get started. The project took longer than anyone expected due to the fact that the previous pool cage installer was a crook and never had the cage inspected. So we had to re-engineer the cage with the addition and re-apply for the permit. No extra charge. After discussing the project with Matt, I decided to replace all the pavers since the previous job was pretty bad and a lot of pavers were popping loose. Wasn't a cheap job, but I didn't expect it to be. Matt kept me informed the whole time and was always on site to make sure the guys were doing it right. They even worked on Easter Sunday to get it done on time! There were a couple hiccups, but Matt was on top of them and they didn't turn into a headache. I called several places trying to get a quote on having mulch delivered and put down. It's a busy season I understand, but did not get any return calls..even calling some landscapers 2-3 times. Matt called me back the same day went over what I needed done and quoted me. He said it would be a week or so before he could do the job...no problem. He stopped by a day later and said they could do the work ahead of time since it was a smaller job. His crew cleaned up the beds pulled the old weed block up and put new mulch down..looks great! Completely cleaned up everything so you never knew they were there.
