Our house on Palm Island off of Placida, was constructed with red stone pavers from the main road…read moreto our garage. These paving stones also encircled the entire property walkway around the premise. These were installed 10 years ago and several issues were arising, mostly driven by settlement of the ground. My biggest issue was flooding the was occurring inside my parking garage. Because of flash flooding during hard rains, water would rise on lower settled paver stones near the entrance of the garage and the water would then proceed to enter the garage itself. This caused lots of water and debris to enter the garage. Also, several spots on the driveway and pathway around the premises had stones that were either uneven or creating large low spots for more flood areas when large rains occurred. The last issue we had was the need for a retaining wall around a plant bed that had gravel and mulch that bleed onto the pavers constantly. We sent out several requests for quotes in the area with other companies to assess. Patrick was by far the most reasonable in his assessment and pricing to fix all of the above issues noted earlier. His execution was excellent. He brought in one other associate with him over a two-day period to assist him in cutting and laying the stones (and drain system around the garage). The men worked very hard and addressed all issues that were agreed upon in our quote. Since his installation, we recently had one large storm and downpour earlier last week. There were no issues involving any water spots on the paver stones, and more importantly, no water was coming into the garage. The drain system worked flawlessly. I would strongly recommend Patrick to assess any hardscape or paving issue anyone has in terms of fixing existing construction or new construction.

Wilhelm Brothers landscaping blocked all four parking spaces at the park including the Handicapped…read morespace. They refused to move and the boss gave me the evil eye before he turned and drove off on his mower. They have a county contract but that should come to an end. What they did is a $250 fine and caused us to abandon our park plans for the day. Never use this company. They hate disabled people and go out of their way to show it! WE FILED A COMPLAINT with the county and the supervisor was reportedly in route to see them at the job site. Wilhelm are confirmed Assholes! For the personnel working at Nokomis, Pocono Trail 2/19/26 4:00pm two guys. The grunt was just sitting on his butt in the handicap parking spot while fixated/looking at his phone. He refused to move or ask the boss man to move "because he is annasshole", he said several times. The boss was wearing a black balaclava cutting the grass at a completely separate park while blocking anyone from using this park if you can believe that! Total jerks even when asked! Two cars trying to park and the boss's evil stink eye was the best we could get from Wilhelm. They are not answering their phone this afternoon. I would like to speak to the owner and will try more. I will also be back in touch with the county over their contract and the blocking of the entrance and handicap access to entire park with refusal to assist handicapped people keep access is the most disturbing. These Assholes are not allowed on our property as we begin the search to find an estate landscape company to take over mangrove management and the rest from us. Glad to know & spread their name! Bottom line: they blocked the park 100%, wouldn't move and stink-eyed us as we tried to park. Assholes from the word go. They need fired.
