I was considering becoming a new patient at this companies office, but after hearing from a trusted family friend who has been a loyal customer, I've decided otherwise. They witnessed the owner treating employees--particularly those working in the back--with a lack of respect and professionalism. It's extremely disappointing to hear about staff being spoken to in such a harsh and inappropriate manner. A business that doesn't treat its employees well reflects poorly on its overall values. You're greeted by friendly staff as you walk in the door. After the quick check in my wait has normally been less than 5 minutes. I've seen Dr Atkinson for more than 10 years. His goal is always to find the problem and fix it. I have a disc in my neck that sometimes slips out of place and gives me a terrible headache that runs down my neck and all the way down part of my arm. With just a very slight adjustment that I can barely feel Dr Atkinson realigns my neck. I feel immediate results as my headache goes away and the pain down my shoulder and arm is gone as well. Dr. Fiorini is a dream, everything you want in a doctor: he listens attentively, doesn't over-prescribe treatment, very nice, efficient and explains things in layman's terms. The receptionists are helpful and pleasant, and make check in on the digital program super easy. They are always kind enough to print me an actual receipt even though it's not standard procedure. I've only ever been here in the afternoon so it's usually a little busy, but everyone is friendly so it's ok. The techs are good if a little scattered, and they are responsive to direction with stim pad placement. Before being involved in an auto accident I was in excellent health for my age and the things that evolve with the aging process. You could say that pain was not an option that i chose to be in. But after my accident I was in constant pain a friend recommended that I go to see them. They performed the necessary tests and diagnosed my problem that developed because of the accident.I started a therapy regiment with the Fiorini doctor's. I gained much relief daily and I am so thankful that God allowed a friend of mine to recommend me to come to their facility! I feel much better. Eventually I was still experiencing pain so I was referred for an MRI. I did have to endure a surgery but I am thankful I am better than I was. These are good , caring physician's that listen to what you have to say. I highly recommend that if you are injured in an accident, have aches and pains from the aging process, these gentlemen have the best hands in their field. About 2 months ago I was t-boned by a truck and have been going to Dr. Fiorini ever since. The facility is very clean, and everyone who works there is really nice. Arrived 45 minutes prior to my appointment to do paperwork, then sat for 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time in the lobby, finally asked and was then taken back to a room, where I sat for another 30 minutes before leaving. Total disrespect for the customer! read more

Dr. Fiorini has an agenda which is to sell his method. I saw him for neck/upper back pain. After 2 visits, two sets of x-rays and well over $200 I have had no treatment related to my stated problem. Instead, I was "accepted" as a patient even as he explained the profound deterioration of my neck discs precluded any guarantee of long term relief but I was given a procedure and was told I now have a "treatment plan" of at least 30 appointments beginning at three per week. Mind you, anyone on Medicare is told right away that Medicare doesn't cover his treatment. However, luckily a patient can sign up for a 20% discount on a full year's treatments for a mere $49. read more

I was seen by Dr. Atkinson and he was knowledgable and friendly, but the rest of the staff on the other hand, (especially the women doing the X-rays) were very condescending, belittling and out ride rude. One time I showed up 5 minutes late to my appointment and the front office staff refused to greet me or even inform Dr. Atkinson that I was there. I ended up being seen for my appointment more than half an hour later because they allowed people who showed up after me to go before me. As for the actual treatment, I didn't see any improvements and discontinued my treatments. If you are considering going to a chiropractitioner, I would highly recommend going somewhere else! read more
