Even after I moved and it was a 40 min drive I still shopped here. All of that was destroyed today after a two min conversation with the owner. After 6 weeks of silence, I called to check on my mower. When speaking with the owner I expressed by dissatisfaction after being told that my mower had not yet been looked at when the service desk said the mechanic was 3-4 days behind. In no uncertain terms he then called me a LIAR, because his people would never say this and (referring to me) "people will say anything these days". Well that's it, I'm done!! I will cut my grass with full safety scissors before my shadow darkens Ashley's door again!!

Took my mower…read moreto have a new drive belt put on after it broke. dropped it off they put the belt on the guy told me to come to the back so I went back and theb guy said that the break sensor came off when the belt broke and proceeded to say "the bake sensor is off and I don't know where the f@&k it gose you will have to bring it some where esle" which I was think u work on mowers but u don't know where to plug the the wire for the sensor OK. Got home look for took 5 sec and plug it in and it worked. Second time we had trouble was when my brother had someone drop off his mower. The guy (may have been the owner) call my brother and told him that it was going to be 110 dallors just to look at it. My brother nicely thatvhe was going to take it somewhere esle. The guy then start yelling at my brother that yall only bring shit sh@t to be fix but yall never buy anything new and hung up on my brother. The funny thing is we bought three new sthil products from there for Christmas
