I was quite comfortable in the relaxed, friendly atmosphere until management decided to call an employee to task for a really minor infraction while I was sitting there. The manager did not get up and come over to tell the employee quietly that she'd made an error. She berated her in front of everyone. I was impressed with how that employee shook it off and continued to smile, because I was still annoyed hours later. But my experience with Mayra outweighed everything else so I'm still giving 5 stars. Also, the other two employees were friendly as well, and smiled often. It was just the manager that made me feel ill at ease.

Sat down with the salesperson and found out that the cheapest glasses I could get for my prescription and lens requirements was $477. All of their frames are at least $199. Went to Sam's Club and was able to get 2 pairs of glasses with the same lenses for $344. There are several online alternatives which offer much better prices than NEA. Do some research and shop around before you buy anything here.
