They're always keeping their inventory up and switching things so you don't go back to the same stuff every time. They have modern music playing which always sets a comfortable vibe. They sell shirts and jackets also which are pretty good quality. Usually when I go in there, everyone greets me but I used to be slightly annoyed by the amount of times everyone would greet me and ask if I needed help. It seemed like they were working on commission because of it. THIS time however, the system was better. We had one person helping us the whole time. His name was Stephen. He was really cool and actually helpful. I've gone in there before and had someone try to help me and they just weren't actually helpful. Stephen was. And he was fun to joke with which was good because my friend took forever to decide. He stayed patient with us, answered our questions honestly and accurately, and joked around with me (which is exactly what I want in a salesman). Highly recommend this shop! Check it out (:

It has great prices and deals, but on 5/19/26 I called at 11:43pm and…read moretold them I was on the way asap and would be there before 12, they told me to go ahead and come on in because they'll be open, I get there at 11:54 because I was hauling ass to make sure I made it and whoever answered that phone lied to me and closed the store before 12am. I was fucking furious and they absolutely wasted my time, money and gas. I had to go to a 24hr smoke shop called Eye Smoke shop which honestly I would recommend more then Nana's because their prices are better and when I called and asked to make sure they're open, they made sure to be open when I got there. Honestly nana's is so bs for that, if I call and you tell me you're open until 12, fucking make sure you're open til 12, especially if I fucking call and say I'm on the way!
