Absolutely my favorite shop to go to. I'll drive there in traffic, from. Anywhere.. the selection is always insanely abundant staffed with ridiculously friendly people.. I honestly don't know if I just keep running into the same people or if just EVERYONE really IS that friendly!!!! One of the last times I had visited, there were two guys working. I was coming from dropping my girlfriend off at the airport. I had been crying the whole way home so of course my eyes were puffy and swollen. I felt awkward going in there. They made me feel nothing but welcomed like they were family they had. Soon they had me laughing and I didn't mind talking off my glasses.. because I felt like I was in a room with my brothers.. The full story is too long, but essentially, I'm a student driving Uber who got called to Spankys last night. An employee, Devyn, had called in a ride for a customer whose phone had been stolen and was clearly distressed. After I got home, I went to refund the ride and saw that Devyn had tipped me on top of the ride -- for a complete stranger. If an employee would show this kindness to us, then I'm sure you'll be treated well as a customer of the shop too. I think she deserves reimbursement from Spankys -- since helping a customer helps the business -- but regardless, I highly recommend both the shop and the employee! read more

If your looking for a vape shop don't go here, even though the building says vape shop in huge red letters, the employees say they are smoke shop. The employees are kinda rude and make you feel like they have something better to do then help you. I will say the owner is the nicest employee!! He's very knowledgeable and friendly everyday unlike some of his staff. He has a great stock and variety of everything but unfortunately with so many rude employees I'll go somewhere else. read more

I came here on Saturday 6/20 because I broke my vape pipe. The guy that helped me, I didn't catch his name, but he was perfect. He contacted me, he was friendly, and made recommendations. I wanted to get something better than I had, which was a SMOK RPM 80 with a replaceable battery. I liked it but it was broke and I hated changing the god damn battery. He actually told me that what I broke was pretty much the best in the price range. So I got the same vape with a much better skin AND he made sure it had a dedicated rechargeable battery that couldn't be changed. Then I needed a bottle of butane, and this dude was actually knowledgeable about butane, who is this effed world have you ever met that was knows butane? First for me. Made a quick stop to pick up a cigar to enjoy while on the golf course. I asked for the shop to cut the cigar as I hadn't brought any of my cutters. They didn't have one. I'm not sure I have ever visited a smoke unable to cut a cigar that they sell. read more

I walked in the smoke shop and there was like 10 people in there and NONE of them had masks at all. It was my first time in there. I just wanted to get some hookah flavor. I walked in and walked out. I've heard about this place so I gave them a try especially because it's convenient for where I stay some of the time. The first time I went in there the vibe was just really off they had a group of their friends in there that made me feel uncomfortable with their "up down" glare eye look. Then the guys were being sarcastic and rude. I just shrugged it off and have had to go there about 4 times since. After my 4th time I will not be back no matter how far I have to drive. They always have a group of friends in there, they are rude, douchey and sarcastic. It doesn't feel welcoming at all. They don't even greet you when you walk in lol this place is super cool and has potential but they keep hiring guys that are stuck up and rude and need to have better attitudes/grow up. read more

I am in there almost 3 times a week. I had gone in one day to get some of the daddy bars and had bought 4 at a time, I went in and this is the first time I have spoken with jackob and I believe Wyatt, they were very disrespectful towards me and everything I asked was nothing but attitude and just plain rude I went in today spoke with with one of the other dudes in there not those two and told him my experience i had and he had apologized for everything. But another point I wanna get across when I walk into the smoke shop yes I don't mind vaping but when you're smoking pot threw you're weed pen is kinda disrespectful while dealing with a customer. Bought a new mod there a month ago. Started getting error messages it's throwing codes and won't work anymore. When I brought it back into the store the kid working behind the counter blames everything but the mod "it's your batteries" (just purchased them) "your coil isn't seating" (this is the 3rd one in a week I bought). Just all bad. 3 times i have came in never had anything that fit my rig. Fine. I decide to buy a nectar collector and the guy tries to sell me on the more expensive fancy looking ones. Honestly didn't look that fancy but in doing so he actually broke the fancy peice just by putting the clip on it. So i decide to go with a more basic style one seeing that nice one brake like nothing made it seem cheap. It all started when I Bought a overpriced mech mod that actually ended up shocking me, which I ended up just throwing away after finding this sigelei 150 I've had for 1.5years now. Not much "know how." Also, definitely does not open at 9am.......... I work close by and get juice here when I'm in a pinch.... now I'm just in a bigger pinch, sitting in front of your building. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good customer service. I go there mostly for the great deal on the brand of cigs that I smoke and I never have to wait long. They just moved next door to a larger space and it looks fantastic with a much larger selection. So glad I live nearby. I go there everyday at all different times and I have never seen underage customers in there btw. The staff is attentive and helpful with customers and there is always a staff member to help you if others are busy with customers that need more time. read more

Usually Spanky's is pretty good, sometimes they try to pressure you into a brand vape juice that they want to sell but they are usually willing to let you look at any flavor you want and usually have an open bottle for you to get an idea of what each flavor smells like. read more
