They are knowledgeable and willing to help. The store has a lot of products which are hard to find in other places at very fair prices. For example, our family is literally obsessed with Built protein bars. Sometimes we don't want an entire box of 18 bars and this store has them individually. When we buy from built they are 38.00 a box plus tax for 18 bars (more than 2 dollars a bar) but Built has absolutely horrendous shipping times (up to 3 weeks) and their customer service can be very frustrating. The same bars at Eddie's are the same price, you get them immediately and with much better service. Plus, you get to support a local business. Can't go wrong with all of that, now can you? We will continue to come back when we need Built bars, other protein or health products or just want to see what is new and good for us.

The employee helping me never mentioned that for only about $7 more, I could have purchased 28 grams of the exact same Tier 3 product. A few days later, I returned and discovered the deal myself, purchasing 28 grams for $88. It makes no sense that I paid $81 for 14 grams when another customer could walk in and get double the amount of the same tier for only $7 more. What frustrates me most is that when I brought this to their attention, management refused to do anything to make it right. No store credit, no discount on a future purchase, no attempt to retain a customer--just a simple "sorry, we can't help you."I understand that customers are responsible for their purchases, but I also expect employees to inform customers of obvious promotions that provide significantly better value. This experience left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The place itself has a sort of weird, sterile vibe for a bar when you first walk in. It looks like they were selling MacBooks and iPhones but a cool setup and a fantastic location in the Old City. I wouldn't hate going there to work off-site. Also, it was an artist's venue during Rhythm N Blooms and it would be great to see more music events there.
