What we didn't really know was the financial part, and everything that came along with it. We weren't sure what loan was best for us, or what lender we should go through. That's when Levi Walker with Skyline Home Loans was introduced into our lives. Levi was extremely knowledgeable about all of the aspects of buying a house. He filled that missing piece to complete the financial part of our buying process. He made everything so easy and he was always there to help answer any questions we had. Overall, Levi exceeded our expectations and we felt that he went above and beyond to make sure our first time buying a house was smooth sailing. We will definitely keep in contact with him for any of our future homes. We would highly recommend him to everyone!

Neil went above and beyond and ensured that my first-time home purchase was successful. He and his team ensured that the transaction went smoothly. Most importantly, they were ALWAYS available, whether that was by phone or email. We had zero issues with communication, and even my realtor expressed how easy it was to communicate with the lender (Neil). When it came to rates, especially in this current market, Neil went beyond what most lenders would do, kept me updated with rates, and explained everything in detail. My experience was positive in a huge part thanks to him and his team because I was reassured throughout the entire process and received the correct information every single time. There were zero mishaps, and Neil was there to reassure me and give me options when an issue arose with my homeowner's insurance. I cannot express enough how important it was to have a lender that was great at communication and made decisions that were in my favor and considered my best interests, and Neil did just that. At no point did I feel pressured or concerned; anytime I had a question or concern, Neil or one of his team members was there to explain it to me and reassure me. I recommend Neil and Guaranteed Rate to everyone. If you are in the market, especially if you are still searching for a lender, I highly encourage anyone and everyone to schedule a call with Neil and his team. The best decision you can make is to give Neil a call and a chance. I promise you won't regret it.
