Casey and Will were beyond patient in helping out with an unusual situation: a modern fixture that relied upon the cords/batons being balanced in a particular way (which meant de-tangling after homeowner had gotten everything tangled up). Since the fixture was in a 2-story entryway, Casey disentangled with an extreme amount of care and patience, while perched up very high, with limited ability to move around, never complaining. Recently I had an electrical problem that required professional repair. I had used Firefly a couple of years back from their ad in the paper. I was very satisfied with that service. The best I had ever had. I wanted them again, but had forgotten their name. I went back through my check ledger and found their name. I used them again, with the same results. The service was great as well as their attitude. In addition, they didn't try to break the bank. I will use them next time. I doubt you could do better. read more

I cannot attest to their handiwork because they stood me up. I called to schedule an appointment, and the woman on the phone was very nice and professional. She said she'd contact the electrician, who would contact me back. A day went by without anyone getting back to me so I called them back to try and get an appointment. The woman on the phone was apologetic, and this time I was contacted swiftly by the electrician. The plan was for him to call me back the morning of the appointment day to actually tell me what time the appointment would even be (meaning I had to inconveniently keep my whole day clear). They never called. So basically I kept an entire day of my holiday schedule clear for a service that never showed up, and now my electrical needs are pushed several days out since I had to contact a different company. I don't recommend that you use (or try to use) this company if you have any urgent electrical needs. read more
