The Photo Booth was a big hit! There was a large amount of props to chose from and use, including props specific to a 21st birthday. The social media kiosk made it easy for my friends and I to post our photo booth pictures to Facebook and I could email them to my mom so that she felt like she was there. Mike brought two backdrop options based off of my color scheme. The gold went really well with my customized photo strip (which DreamVision allowed me to create and then turned it into the photo strip background- so cool!). Trusting her for her words, we decided to hire her since she was a one stop shop for Photographer, Videographer, Month of coordination, boutonnière, corsages, bouquet, DJ services and the more she talked about . (poor engagement photos which were free) We met after the expo gave her a hefty retainer and continued to make payments periodically. She asked for a payment earlier than the due date which led us to believe that this business runs from day to day. The contract we signed states if there is a catastrophic event ALL deposits will be refunded. No mention of breaking out the contract price for the initial meeting and neither for the engagements photo shoot or anything else. I told Laura that the engagement photos were not the best quality and she said she didn't want to pay her best Photographher to do the photo shoot so she did it herself. That day was a disaster. To cut a long story short. The wedding was cancelled and Laura "Pro Style Entertainment" don't have the money to refund us. Please do not enter into contract with this unprofessional company.
