My tables were supposed…read moreto be delivered at 10:30am on Sunday for a party that afternoon for 60+ guests and when 11:00am hit and we kept trying to contact the company, someone apparently called out sick, so everything was behind. We were given the drivers phone number because he wasn't answering the company calls. When 11:30am hit we were told the driver got into an accident and someone else would be making the delivery. As every hour passed that our tables did not make it to the venue we continued to call and did not receive a straight answer as to where they were. We were then told the tables would definitely be there before the start of the party. Well when guests began to arrive there were no tables or chairs. At 6:30pm (2 hours after the start time) we were told the tables were "almost there" ... So we made due without the rentals and decided to work on a refund on Monday morning. The number we were given for the driver who got into the accident was contacted on Monday and he told us his day off was on Sunday and he was never delivering tables. We then spoke to the company (which at this point we don't know who even works for who) and they don't feel any sort of remorse and said they are in no place to issue a refund they must wait for the manager to contact us. We were then told the refund of our initial deposit would take 7-10 days. Long story short this company is by far the most unprofessional and irritating company I've ever hired. Whatever you do - DONT use this company.

These were important details that should have been carefully managed, especially for such a significant event. What was even more upsetting was the way concerns were handled afterward. Rather than taking accountability or working toward a professional resolution, the response from the owner was to silence me by removing me from the Facebook group she claims to own. It became very clear that when someone raises concerns or speaks negatively about her services, they are simply removed instead of being heard. A wedding vendor should bring professionalism, accountability, and support during one of the most important moments of your life. Sadly, that was not my experience here. We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.
