Kevin Coffin (the supervisor of the team that represents Blue Springs Siding and Windows in places…read morelike Sam's Club, Lowe's, and home shows) is incompetent as a manager. His attempted leadership skills are atrocious and he is completely out of touch with how to treat his employees. His temper tantrums and inability to regulate his anger have caused multiple team members to quit. His lack of respect for people's boundaries, such as discussing employee performance, pay, and protected information during meetings with all team members shows a lack of regard for ethical and legal standards. He is unable and unwilling to communicate effectively with the people he supposedly supervises, including texting and calling between midnight and 4 AM, not responding to legitimate and time sensitive requests for assistance for over 24 hours, and constantly refusing to notify employees of their schedule until after their shift starts. Kevin regularly accuses people of not being able to do their job well while ignoring repeated requests from employees to provide constructive feedback on how to improve. He frequently verbally abuses staff in full view and earshot of customers, vendor partners, and other employees. He discusses his personal relationship problems with his employees and accuses them of contributing to his partner's distrust of him. He allows his partner to loiter at work sites and give instructions to his employees although she is not employed by the company and is not their supervisor. Kevin repeatedly uses his large size and imposing presence to physically intimidate his employees. He encroaches into their personal space, towering over them while yelling at them in public. His personal hygiene and overpowering cigarette smoke smell is problematic. Kevin repeatedly refuses to take accountability for his actions as a manager and the way he treats his employees, preferring to blame them for his inability to lead and develop them. He is obviously unfit for leadership responsibilities and should not be trusted to manage people.

All Or Nothing Roofing & Construction - Gaps between home and siding

All Or Nothing Roofing & Construction

This review is long overdue…read more But new roofs, siding, guttering are really expensive and I don't want others to get burned by a less than reputable contractor. So, I'm finally writing it. To anyone considering using 'All or Nothing Roofing/Construction'- DO IT! Their level of customer service, construction expertise and courtesy was unsurpassed. They had competitive pricing and everyone with their company was very competent and fast. Their warranty was excellent and since they have a local office in the KC area, I don't have to worry about tracking them down in the future if there is an unexpected problem. We had the good fortune of having Ben Kendrick in charge of our job. Ben consistently had to go to bat for us with our insurance adjustor and the 'loss representatives' with our mortgage company. They lost our documentation, contradicted their own requirements, and were extremely difficult to deal with. I was beyond frustrated at their incompetence. Fortunately, Ben knew the lingo and the overall processes thoroughly. This allowed him to prevail on our behalf and hold others accountable. What a God send this guy was! I learned these type of tactics were not uncommon- they allowed the mortgage company to hold on to our money far longer than they should have and try to wear him down so he would give up. Didn't happen. So if you're needing a new roof/siding or guttering, just know that type of expertise, tenacity and communication skill will probably be necessary. They were fantastic to work with and I recommend them without hesitation!

Stay away unless you fight not to pay full cost upfront and stand firm on your timeline. Make sure…read moreyou get the timeline in writing with a signature. Make sure you only pay half up front. Otherwise you could be looking at 8 months with nothing done but the whole cost paid up front. Also you may call to complain about the work not being done and then find your number blocked. If I could give them a zero I would.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IN WARRENSBURG: Company has not returned to finish the window and siding job…read morestarted in March and via email they are not going to complete the job but they're wanting the final payment! We are still sitting with no sliding glass door, no side door, no screen door, no shutters, no outlets and vents replaced, and windows that are needed uninstalled and reinstalled correctly per a Pella premium installers, along with the new siding that will need painted due to damaged pieces being installed and nails being covered with colored cocking. This is per the James Hardie company after sending pictures. This all started because I had a leak in my roof and I contacted this company to do a brand new roof and was sold on windows and siding. With the rain we have received the last few weeks, you can hear raindrops coming in around my chimney where the original leak started. After another roofing company came to my home last week to see why I was hearing water dripping behind my fireplace when raining, we were informed and shown pictures that my roof was not properly installed! I am obviously not a roofer and I thought at least the roof (which I have paid for in full) was probably done correctly to now be informed that it also was not done properly and now literally every part of this job has to be redone!!! Per our contract, we are to have mitigation before any legal action can be taken! So how is it a company with this stipulation is able to just walk away from a job because it is just too much to correct and make right?!? There is a reason this company has shut down the Lees Summit location and is only practicing out of Warrensburg Missouri! And how long until they are shut down in Warrensburg? I have never placed a bad review for any company until this has happened with Integrity Roofing, Siding and Windows!!! I have been taken advantage of beyond belief and fell for every line they gave about being a Christian based God-honoring company!!!! People can lie but PICTURES DON'T....
