No follow up on issue. Another company fixed the problem. They really don't care. Beware!!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IN WARRENSBURG: Company has not returned to finish the window and siding job started in March and via email they are not going to complete the job but they're wanting the final payment! We are still sitting with no sliding glass door, no side door, no screen door, no shutters, no outlets and vents replaced, and windows that are needed uninstalled and reinstalled correctly per a Pella premium installers, along with the new siding that will need painted due to damaged pieces being installed and nails being covered with colored cocking. This is per the James Hardie company after sending pictures. This all started because I had a leak in my roof and I contacted this company to do a brand new roof and was sold on windows and siding. With the rain we have received the last few weeks, you can hear raindrops coming in around my chimney where the original leak started. After another roofing company came to my home last week to see why I was hearing water dripping behind my fireplace when raining, we were informed and shown pictures that my roof was not properly installed! I am obviously not a roofer and I thought at least the roof (which I have paid for in full) was probably done correctly to now be informed that it also was not done properly and now literally every part of this job has to be redone!!! Per our contract, we are to have mitigation before any legal action can be taken! So how is it a company with this stipulation is able to just walk away from a job because it is just too much to correct and make right?!? There is a reason this company has shut down the Lees Summit location and is only practicing out of Warrensburg Missouri! And how long until they are shut down in Warrensburg? I have never placed a bad review for any company until this has happened with Integrity Roofing, Siding and Windows!!! I have been taken advantage of beyond belief and fell for every line they gave about being a Christian based God-honoring company!!!! People can lie but PICTURES DON'T.... read more

Had my roof replaced in 2017 by this business. Afterwards the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't seem to get the steam out. When we had our first hard rain we had water pouring in thru the fan. I got up on the roof and found they had pinched the exhaust hose together and nailed the roof vent on top of it. When you see something like that it says a lot about the people who did the work. Later when I had another leak they dismissed it as "wind driven". Another time I had a consistent leak. They sent a person out who did siding and windows to give me an unbiased inspection. He didn't find anything wrong with the way it was installed but said if I could get a video recording of it I could contact them to prove it. I'm a truck driver so I'm not home when it's happening. Finally I did get it and contacted them and was told that I was out of the warranty period. "2025" Now I have multiple leaks. A roof inspector has gone over the roof and found "dozens" of nails that were either in between the shingle joints or just under the shingle tabs. Integrity Roofing has been nothing but a nightmare for us. To start, the sales person missed the first 2 appointments he had scheduled with us. Finally, made it on the 3rd attempt. He convinced us we needed an entirely new roof. However, after the interactions and other workmanship we've experienced, we're pretty sure we did not. We had them install a new sliding glass door. The first door they installed was the cheapest door they could get their hands on at Lowe's. They charged us almost 10 times their cost. I was able to verify this because when they installed it, they left all the stickers all over the door that included the model number. They agreed to install a "better" door. It took them 7 weeks to get another door from Lowe's. If this is a real window/door company, why are they buying from Lowe's?? They installed the new sliding glass door. It is installed wrong. It has a hump in the bottom so the door is hard to open/close at that section. They were also supposed to fix a leaking egress window for us. Nope, it leaks worse now. We have been back and forth with them so much we never want them back at our house again. Not even to fix their bad workmanship. We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. read more

I am an insurance agent and personally used them for my roof. They do not have integrity when it comes to inflating their prices and line items. Integrity had our estimate from the insurance company MONTHS in advance to work from and the differences were staggering when they submitted the supplemental. Any price differences are supposed to be approved by the carrier BEFORE work starts, again they had two full months to do this. With so many dedicated departments and teams, this should not have been that hard. Instead, the insured and me the agent had to fight for every penny. Instead of paying thousands on top at the end, we were able to negotiate hundreds, which still should not have been on our plate if they had gone about things in the proper order. We had DIFFERENTcontractor come to check their final work and there were some issues. Thankfully the new contractor fixed the issues free of charge. Now that is true integrity. Several of my insureds are having similar issues anywhere from upgrades they did not ask for and weren't approved to being asked to sign BLANK contracts for the work being done. This is unacceptable and hurts the Christian faith by twisting beliefs into a business practice that does not do the right thing. read more

They may have Integrity in their name but I can say they do not know the meaning of the word, or using the principals in their business practice. Word to the wise, after a long and bad experience making this mistake, I would not ever recommend using Integrity Roofing if you are in need of repairs on your home. They like to do work without approval, gate keep to never allow you to talk to the owner, and charge for services non-rendered. Then tell you that they will work with you on a payment plan. I get shuffled around with no results. its been over a year.The warranty company did not resolve the problem and Integrity always states their busy and shuffles me back and forth between the salesmen and the receptionist. Integrity Roofing did a fantastic job on my home. I replaced a wood roof which was leaking. They are experts in replacing wood roofs They offered some upgrades which no other company offered for about the same price. I have a 50 year roof with a warranty from GAF and installed foil backed OSB to keep my house cooler in the summer. They were outstanding tearing off the roof and cleaning up afterwards. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job on time and in budget. I even had them install new guttering, my home looks great I am glad I chose Integrity. They are awesome! They were quick to respond to our needs. They came all the way out to our home in Smithville, showed us our options, no hard sale or up selling. They gave us the information we needed to make the right decision for ourselves. They even worked with our insurance. The crew that did the installation were efficient, polite, respectful, and clean. You would have never know that they were there, except for the completed project. I hope that I will never have to replace my roof, but if I do, they are the ones that I can trust to do it again. read more

Beware of huge increases off of original bid - I had the salesman come out and bid a job on my house. Since it was in the middle of the winter, it took a while for them to get ready to do the work. Then, they came back out to get a final material list and provided a "new" bid that was 40% higher than the original. They would not stand by their original bid amount and the second bid was higher than 3 other companies I had checked into previously. So, I can't say how good their work is, but I can honestly state they do not have any "integrity". read more

Integrity Roofing is a company true to their word. Dave Sharp, Salesman is very customer oriented and exceeded our expectations. My wife and I was looking to reinstall the same roofing system as we had prior to the storm. However, Integrity showed us we could get a much improved roofing system for the same money. Their workmanship is excellent! I recommend Integrity Roofing to anyone looking to install new roofing. Their pricing is very competitive as well. This company is true to their mission statement! You hire thus company, you can rest easy at night. I can't say enough good things about this company, from the office workers to the guys in the field. read more

Be very careful using this company! Shoddy workmanship. Lack of crew supervision. Took them 2 weeks to do siding and had to have them correct many, many issues. Just had to call them again about sagging siding. They actually installed one window frame that blocked the window from opening. I had to get the company owner involved because my salesmen quit taking my calls. Be careful! read more
