He told me I didn't have this medical condition yet gave me a referral to see that kind of specialist at Cleveland clinic. Yet he said I didn't have it. It was a wasted visit and a waste of my time. He also said one thing yet wrote another thing in his notes. He was not a nice doctor and didn't want to listen to his patients. He did not help me at all just pushing me off onto other specialist. I had to sit their quiet as anytime I opened my mouth he cut me off. I was so mad when I left. I will never return to his office.

I'm only 36 & VERY involved in my Community & it seems like Dr.Bauer has sadly developed the Mercy Mentality, since leaving NOMS & joining Mercy. I have had my own appointments cancelled the day of and day before with no prior notice. Unreliable scheduling and long waits. No excuses at all would make up for the atrocious scheduling. Extremely disappointed with the staff here and the customer service. We will be going elsewhere for neurology from now on.
