Last Thursday I knew they were coming at two. Husband left at 1330 and I came back to the house around 1430. I received an invoice at 1402 hours for service in the amount of $115.00 via email. I challenged it and asked when was the technician here? The manager said she clocked in at 1352 hours! I again challenged the service and Yates, manager never addressed my concerns. I canceled the service without any resolution from them. It is highly likely they have been providing improper service for over a year. Husband asked them over a year ago that he wanted to be here when scheduled. That did not happen. Unfortunately they think they can scam senior citizens and veterans.

While most of the work was completed, they failed to remove the one-way door or properly finish the job. Despite our multiple calls and messages over the course of over a month, they repeatedly ignored our requests for follow-up. The only way to get someone on the phone was to call the new customer line, as their existing customer line led to a dead-end. Even then, we were told a manager would call us back, but that never happened. They effectively stonewalled us while leaving their work unfinished. In addition to failing to honor their contract, they attempted to charge us for services that were not rendered and auto-charged our card without prior authorization. After giving them one last chance to fix the issue, we had to hire someone else to complete the job. We are now pursuing a chargeback for the cost of their incomplete work. If you're considering using this company, be aware that they may not honor their contract, may charge you for services they don't provide, and may auto-charge your card without authorization. We would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable wildlife control service.

It cost me $2649.40...almost$3000.00. I was willing to pay this amount for PROFESSIONAL animal removal and sanitary clean up. This has NOT been done. Their first technician came out to my home and we both went into the attic for a survey. The technician,while a very nice fellow was jumpy as could be at every bump we heard. He tossed some "evictor fluid" (useless) into the attic,attached some hardware cloth to the air flow vents and left. The mama and babies left...for about a week THEN RETURNED to the same spot. I called Critter Control(cc) dispatch,in Marrietta,several times and the local franchise would not return my calls.After about five days of calling cc they sent out another technician,Roy. Roy is very professional and very helpful.He is not the problem. Roy came to my home and set a humane animal trap and caught what we believe to be the mother, however I can STILL hear the babies peeping in the attic and heavy bumping in the same area,perhaps another adult racoon or the mother.This cannot be humane to the pups.I STILL have racoons in my attic after several weeks of trying to call and more damage is being done to my attic the longer they're up there. The local office staff WILL NOT RETURN CALLS...AT ALL!! NO EXAGGERATION ! I chose Critter Control because the online reviews were mostly good, a few friends have used them in the past and their vehicles look professional on the street when I see them. I dont know whats happened to the Savannah franchise to have such poor service.They USED to be top notch according to a few friends that I've talked to that have used them in the past. No more. The company promptly sent out a "salesman" to assess the job and recommend and quote a plan. I think he was new to the company but seemed quite knowledgeable. He quoted approximately $900 for removal and securing the area against future armadillo incursions. An email contract was to be forwarded for our approval. After several days, the contract arrived with a price of over $2,000!! We contacted HQ and requested a call back. No response. The "salesman" called us next day to make sure we had the contract. We told him about the price disparity. He was shocked and promised to get us a new contract for the quoted $900 or so. NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE THEREAFTER. Don't waste your time.
