Normally when I have a service technician come to the house they will only address the original issued called in about. The professionals with Curly's not addressed my additional concerns, they fixed them while they were there. To top it off, they did it all at an incredible price. William came out on a weekend to see what he could do, and had guys out that Monday. They replaced the shingles at the location of the leak for free, only to find that the leak was not their fault at all. He continued to work with me through the situation even after finding the true source of the leak and provided an excellent repair of the drywall at a fair price. I have been a Daffan "Member" for somewhere around 5 years (Brief break on it while i had to travel…read morefor work, maybe 6 months). I have used them to replace one of my entire HVAC and was pleased with the installation (That was expensive though as anyone reading this would understand.) The technicians have always been top tier and generally speaking the administrators have also been pretty darn good. I am cancelling my membership, i thought it was a good investment and in their defense it IS in the agreement, but getting a service charge to fix a fuse on an HVAC when a bi-annual service call is still pending is rather ludicrous to me (Maybe not to anyone else), but 37$ a month when only called about 1.5 times per year (Give or take) is just not financially smart, simple math 444$ a year and you only save 50$ on a service call. Lastly (I know this is long), but the real questions arise when you see an un-itemized bill. The total fee to replace a 2 pole 40 amp 24 volt connector was about 298$ (After the very service minded technician managed to talk them into then waiving the service fee of 54$). I own a small business I understand overhead etc, but the entire service took about 45 minutes and the part is listed on amazon and for 13.99$. So the total would have been (Without the service minded tech) Service and installation - 352$ Part 14-20$? lets go high end 50$ = 302$ I am then surmising Daffan charges roughly 300 per hour for calls. If we do take out the 54$ service charge Service and installation 298$ Part (Again high end) 50$ total= 248$ So again I guess its 248$ an hour for Daffan. The invoice I received only says "Unit controller" they do not itemize.

Even better, they got the job done closer to our budget than quotes we received from other companies and we weren't required to hire a separate electrician to wire the HVAC system since these guys are also licensed electricians and included all the electrical as part of the job. They had the entire job completed in less than a week, and it was a big job as the home had never had a central system and all duct work in the attic and in the crawl space had to be installed. Finally, it has been evident Dublin HVAC takes pride in their workmanship and ensuring any issues after install are addressed promptly and completely and that's so valuable as a customer. Everyone we've dealt with including Tammy, Tyler, Joey, Shane and Steven have been great and we appreciate what they've done for us, so thank you all! Hello again, so I wrote a review a little over a month ago on this company when I had problem with…read moremy AC ductwork that these guys put in that was pieced together, torn & taped back together & one ductwork piece that was feeding TWO areas at the house into a large cavity that was probably six or 8 foot long and the airduct was connected to a metal round piece/collar & spray foamed in place just blowing heat or air into this large cavity hoping it would make it to my master & upstairs guest roomwell not rocket science the rooms were not getting proper Heat OR Air. OK cutie I contacted these guys about it, Aaron never responded back until I posted my first review which was on September 4, 2024. I was contacted immediately after the post hit (with a new #) and was told he would come and take care of it. All of this is via text message, he replied back, let him make it right by fixing the pad that they did a shotty job on for my split unit in my guest house and the house and help take care of the extra cost I had. I did send Aaron before and after pictures and an invoice with the cost for my new repairs. Ridiculous the work that Aaron left behind and expected it to work, I'm talking about old used stinky collapsed air duct in my house... after they replaced all that with new the odor was gone. I had another company come in to fix this mess, cost me $725 extra to have his work redone right, not including the guest house. If there is a way I wanna post before and after pictures bc it is night and day work, everybody's gotten a really good laugh out of it, I know that I was told the work that Aaron and his sons did was meant to never to be uncovered, but I wanted to know what was wrong so I started the demo myself and that's when I discovered it Bates heating & air conditioning did the new repair work here, very very reasonable and fast, super nice guys!!! I use them one other time last summer when I could not get a hold of Aaron n Sons AGAIN and tried several times but was unsuccessful, I guess that's when they change their phone number and name, anyway the pump went out that helps drain the water to the outside/I guess the condensation line but Bates came out lickety-split and got it fixed and I was up running again in no time, you do not want to be without your AC in Texas Summers I did text Aaron and sons a few days ago to let him know it was gonna be a month since I had text to them and reminded him that he had promised to come and take care of this but I have yet to hear back from him ( totally what I expected ) Oh I still need to have the split unit area repaired, left the lines exposed all sorts of stuff, told me he was going to come cover the lines for the house and the guest house and replace the pad. When he discovered a part that needed to be replaced he explained clearly why, and then asked if we'd like him to do that today (I appreciate being given the option).
