She gave me the haircut I have been wanting for YEARS and I feel like I didn't even have to go into too much detail. The layers she put in my hair are the best I've ever had. I feel like a lot of hairdressers are timid about putting short layers into my long, thin hair but she made it work effortlessly. Amazing. I live in California state and ONLY ever get my haircut here when I come to visit my family. Worth flying across the country for LOL

Update to original review- I received communication from salon's manager and discussed situation…read more Was asked if I asked the difference in pricing between two inspo pictures. I did ask and was told there was no difference in pricing. Which is why I obviously chose the service. She promised a phone call after a meeting. Unfortunately there was a personal emergency with a staff member and the phone call didn't happen. The stylist did call me and offer a credit to my account. Which I was not what I asked for because I did ask before services were rendered because of price difference. I feel that a cut/color with a short pixie should not cost $250. Way over budget than the original quote. I asked to speak to you Tina, but was never given that opportunity. What also stands out to me is the other reviews of customers with much longer hair and color services paying way less than what I paid for. This was definitely a one and done experience. Next time, please communicate better and with precise details. Nobody should ever have to feel the way I have.

Firstly, the space here is gorgeous. The salon is admittedly small, but they make good use of their space. They were also very accommodating of our big group, and allowed us to sit throughout the entire place (rather than just waiting up front for people to finish one at a time). That made this cozy place all the more welcoming and enjoyable. Additionally, the staff here were very organized. They had planned exactly which team member would work with each member of the bridal party, so there was never any hesitation or doubt about someone being overlooked. And they were a delight to chat with, too! I never felt awkward or uncomfortable while I was in my chair. Snacks and drinks were also provided to us, and the staff even offered to clean up after large our party left (presumably to minimize stress on a wedding day). We still did our best to clean up on our way out, but the gesture was very appreciated. Based on the wedding prep experience alone, I would recommend them to anyone looking for some beauty care. (I think that in addition to makeup and hair styling, they can also do haircuts, waxing, etc. And they definitely sell beauty products as well.) You were rude and uninviting, didn't even try to communicate to make him feel comfortable or welcome there. You didn't even try to speak to him. Your other stylist even said to offer him a sucker, but you couldn't be bothered. If you didn't want to cut his hair you should have just said that.

Now she goes there for pedicures, massages, and we take our son there for haircuts. The people are nice and Morgan is every bit as good or better than masseuses at the best spas in Pittsburgh.
