When the installer did show up, he only had enough carpet for the upstairs and master bedroom. This was a Tuesday. We were told the carpet missed the shipment and would be in on Thursday but no one was available to install it until the following Monday. Monday comes and the installer comes but does not have enough of the carpet so we have to wait another four days to get the last two stairs and landing installed. I voiced my frustration with the Wausau manager and told him that they were losing customers from all of this and he said quote "that really makes me want to bend over backwards for you when you're throwing that at me." Being a manager, I assumed he was being genuine but was quickly told by himself that he was being sarcastic. Very inappropriate customer service skills for management. Price was great. Installation was great. Management is terrible, so hopefully you don't need to speak with them. I did speak with corporate about this manager and they were extremely helpful. It just shouldn't have gotten that far.

She knew about all aspects of buying, preparation and installation and made us feel at ease. All our questions were answered and she helped us choose sinks. On Saturday Jan 11th, I placed an order (via phone) with Esser for four pieces of 1/4 inch thick…read moreglass to be used as bevels for a saltwater aquarium sump. I requested that all pieces be cut to 11 15/16 inch long and the nice gentleman on the phone even asked if I needed the ends polished. I thought that was nice, since yes, I did need that. He stated that they would be ready by Monday and I would receive a call to pick them up. On Wednesday Jan 15, Esser Glass finally called and stated my pieces were ready. I picked them up that afternoon. I found out upon opening them that they were not the size I had ordered. Instead, they were 12 inches long and not entirely polished. So I called and reported the issue and was told to just bring them in to be corrected. I took them in on Friday Jan 17 and the nice gal at the counter even measured the pieces to confirm what I had stated. The pieces were not the size I had ordered, although one end appeared to have been sanded to size. In other words, they were lopsided. After apologizing and promising to have them fixed, I was again told that I would receive a call. On Saturday Jan 18, I picked up my "fixed" pieces. Again, none of the pieces were the correct size and still measured out to 12 inches in several spots. So here I am watching my husband, sitting on across the room, sanding down the pieces himself.
