What we got was the owner ,Dave, driving 45 minutes to our home to look at the tree. He climbed under the tree, dug the mulch out and added soil and fertilizer to the root ball. We have heard myths and legends of ancient customer service such as this, but we were skeptical. Imagine our shock and delight to happen upon it here in the lakes region ? But it's a nice way to spend a half hour, and you can see a gundalow (big wooden rivership) getting built just down the green. Also, they charge $10 for parking in the lot. Don't pay it, since there is abundant enough street parking that you shouldn't feel like you need to get extorted like that.
